i just started the game and i press log in i got at customization i saw nothing then when i finish customization i dont see anything at map only the water next to me the chat and the buttons left and bottom left nothing else please help i just started it xD

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

  1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip
  2. Disable anti-virus program
  3. Restart computer


Mac UnZip Programs Suggestions

  • The Unarchiver
  • WinZip5
  • Keka
  • BetterZiip


Other solution:

Update your drivers and reinstall Direct X

 

 


 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.

yeah it was like that i unistalled the game i download it 7zip cause i had winrar and something went wrong with the extract sry for the late answer :*
