My suggestion is this for the PVP system.

Im recommending that there ought to have a grouping of ability of the players in light of their genuine rating.

Example:

0-200

201-400

400-above

This thought will stop confounds or even disappointments. There are times that 0 rated players are put up against 400 rated players. That doesn't bode well for me. 0 rated players should just be matched up against 200 rated players and underneath.

I trust this issue will be allowed to be dissected.

Yep these prob sucks like when i was dc with a guy with 0 rate i lose like 20 rate xD have to solve
