Refund for Safari

Hey all,

 

a few mins ago I wanted to enter Johto Safari. I clicked the 5k 20min option. The map started to load but after 30 sec the game froze and I had to relog. The result was I was not in Johto Safari and I still lost 5k for not a single second in the Safari Zone. Where can I ask for a refund? Because losing 5k for nothing sucks a little bit.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience; however, we unfortunately cannot refund anything lost due to a crash or disconnection:

Including disconnections and rollbacks

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

Regarding your freeze issue, if you encounter it again, I would advise you to follow the steps listed in the Issue Guide, and to run the game in admin mode, or compatibility mode; also add an exception at your firewall if you haven't already :)
