Hello NoraenPure :Grin: As [mention]Abuelito[/mention] mentioned, you will find the HM07 Waterfall at Sinnoh Safari Area Zone 4 if you didn't pick it up at the Cave of Origin Please note that you will need your Waterfall Pokémon to have 151+ Happiness in order to use it outside of battle!
