Trying to get a hold of the creators. My bike glitched when I went to try to ride it and now the game is showing I no longer have one . I don't know what to do to get my bike back..

I've checked your account and there's no bike on this one. However, it seems like you're using another account named Bluerage which whom you did the Bike quest.

Also, you should have your Bike on this account, could you please have a check to your Customization tab in your Bag ?

 

Sometimes, when you're trying to use your Bike via the shortcut on the left bottom of your screen, it may happen inadvertently that your item vanishes if you move it instead of click on it. But it doesn't mean that you lost it.
