Good day just an issue. I downloaded the new update prospooky on my laptop ,but when I extracted the file it says it isn't compatible with my computer , but the previous update didn't give any issues. I played last night so why is this?

Hello there, and foremost, sorry for the inconvenience!

 

If you are a Windows user, please make sure you downloaded the right version for your OS between the x64 and x32!

 

If you are a Mac user, there seems to be an issue with this client if your OS isn't updated to the latest version:

Otherwise, you can also try the following:

Run the game in admin mode, and compatibility mode; also add an exception at your firewall if you haven't already

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

  1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip
  2. Disable anti-virus program
  3. Restart computer

Other solution:

Update your drivers and reinstall Direct X

 

 


 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.
