Halloween Update

The game seems to be working properly, but my ENTIRE screen is pink at the login. I can tell it's still function bc I can quit out of it at the bottom right and I can still press the login button if I take enough guesses with the clicker. Although even once logged in, my game is still entirely pink. Halp.

If you are a Mac user, you may want to try the following; it seems that several people had issues with Mac and the latest client, and that this solved it for most of them:

Otherwise: Try to run the game in admin mode, and compatibility mode; also add an exception at your firewall if you haven't already!

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

  1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip
  2. Disable anti-virus program
  3. Restart computer

  • Keka
  • BetterZiip


Other solution:

Update your drivers and reinstall Direct X

 

 


 

Remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.
