U need to do that at night time ingame ( 20pm- 4am ) :Grin:

Actually, when it comes to evolutions, night time is from 18:00 to 06:00, and day time the rest, since there is no morning evolution :3

It should have worked; are you sure you didn't miss anything?

  • Gligar holding Razor Fang
  • Being at night time (again, for evolutions, it starts at 18:00)
  • Level up

Maybe the current host issues with some regions experiencing lags might have been a factor, as well.

 

Anyway, if your Gligar is now 100, you will need the help of a staff member, so please tell me if that's the case!
