I have a Mac and have el Capitan 10.11 and just downloaded the game for the first time through the website choosing the mac version. It asks to open the application but after that it crashes before even opening. Any help?

In order to make it work on your Mac, you will need to update to High Sierra, as stated in Discord's announcements as well as in similar threads:

[glow=red]However, so far, reports stated pink screens on client, mostly, so you might want to try these steps as well for your crash:[/glow]

 

Try to run the game in admin mode, and compatibility mode; also add an exception at your firewall if you haven't already!

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

  1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip
  2. Disable anti-virus program
  3. Restart computer

Other solution:

Update your drivers and reinstall Direct X

 

 


 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.
