Hey VitorGe!

 

 This NPC is one of the 5 for Doax's Halloween event "The Graveyard Conundrum". It doesn't actually gives a reward himself, but you need to do as he asks to get one of the 5 questions you need to answer to, to be eligible for the event's rewards!
