so excadrill with scarf 2 x 302 speed = 604 / kingdra with ss 2 x 252 = 504

my excadrill was clearly faster BUT kingdra hitted first 2 times in a row (kingdra was using life orb)

did you *activate* Scarf first? Everytime you log in, you have to go fight Wild Pokémon/NPC with your Scarfer for it to trigger and start functioning, its bugged so yeah, this is how you *unbug* it.

 

If you did that, then I have no idea what happened there.
