First of all, spoiler alert on the Halloween event

 

I was about to get the reward after beating Gorge, I had the menu to choose it, but the game crashed, or I left it on hold too long and it logged out... The thing is, when I logged in again, Vlad and Gardenia were gone, and so was my reward :Frown: Is there anything that can be done?

Hello again,

I've been searching the forum for answers, and I read the "Hit by a rollback?" thread. I'm honestly not sure if my case is considered a rollback, since the game didn't roll back, as in losing data of things I had already done, it kind of 'rolled forward', going over a menu where I should have made a decision.

 

I would like to know whether my case is indeed a rollback, in which case I know there is nothing that can be done, and so the thread can be closed; or if this is a diferent case, I would like to know what can be done, by whom, and where to ask for it.

Crashes can happen at any time, and we all experience it eventually; it's unfortunate that it happened to you at this moment in particular. :/

Unfortunately, we cannot refund anything lost due to a disconnection ‒may it be caused by a server crash or a net drop‒, including the progress or items, as stated here:

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
