Since this is not a bug, I moved it to General Support subforum.

 

When you lose to Jackson at Viridian City School, you have to get back to Pallet Town and talk to his mother, as the receptionist asks:

The dialogues are usually giving away most ‒if not all‒ informations needed, so I'd advise you to read them attentively, that way you won't have to ask and wait for an answer every now and then for small things such as this, and play with less interruptions through the story :Angel:
