I logged in and got sent to the Map Loading screen, and it would never load. I tried closing the application and re-opening it, but I still had the same problem. I tried all the servers and it continued to not work. I just started this game and I am enjoying it thus far. Your help is appreciated!

I also seem to be experiencing the same issue. No matter what I try (resetting network/reinstall/leaving it for an hour+) I am stuck at the Map loading screen. Would a member of staff be able to transfer me to a centre to try and solve this problem.

I´ve got same problem today. I even downloaded again game and it let me in for one time and now again it´s keeps staying at loading schreen..

I fixed the problem by disabling my antivirus for a while and extracting zip folder again.
