I downloaded the new update for Mac. I did the things I usually do when there is an update for mac.

 

STEPS:

1. Unzip the file.

2. Open the unzipped file and copy the "Contents" folder.

3. Go to the desktop, create a new folder and paste the "Contents" folder.

4. Go back to the desktop and rename the untitled folder PRO.app

5. Open the app.

 

And what I saw was this.

And after a while it got stuck on this screen

Try updating your mac to the newest version which is currently High Sierra.
