Nope, still stuck :/

 

Alright; are you able to log on another server, or are you stuck at loading map screen whichever the server you choose?

  • If you are able to, then log on another, then disconnect and try to log on your usual server (don't completely close your client while doing so)


  • If you aren't able to, then please try the following:

 Try to run the game in admin mode, and compatibility mode; also add an exception to your firewall and antivirus if you haven't already!

 

Also, have you tried these following steps, already, from the Read this before making a General Support topic ?

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

  1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip
  2. Disable anti-virus program
  3. Restart computer

Update your drivers and reinstall Direct X

 

 


 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.

Have you tried logging in on another device? If so, do you have the same issue?

 

Also, have you tried redownloading the whole game?

Delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.

The last time I've logged onto PRO was a few months ago on my phone. Recently however, my phone has died and I felt like playing PRO again, so I downloaded it on my laptop which leads us to my current situation (I haven't logged successfully even once on my laptop so far).

 

I'll try to test it on another device, but that may take some time as I don't have another computer or a phone atm...

I didn't use any tool... All I did was hit extract and the computer started to extract the files on its own.
