Macbook - Black and Pink screen when I boot the game?

Featured Replies

Hi guys. I have now played the game for several weeks, and I've grown very addicted to it, but I'm having a problems downloading the game on my Macbook laptop. Whenever I boot the game I end up having a black screen with some pink figures on it (Might be something related to the halloween login screen?), and no matter what I do I can't seem to fix this issue. I've re-downloaded the game like 8 times, I've updated everything on my computer, I've read every other related issue on the forums, followed every guide step-by-step but nothing seems to work.

Anyone who is familiar with this kind of problem? Anyone who's able to help me out? I just wanna play fricking Pokemon :((((

Following link should show what the game looks like when I boot it. (In case attached picture doesn't show).

Hey kukur456, and foremost, I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

It seems that there is an issue since the Halloween client update with Mac users that didn't update their OS to High Sierra, as stated in Discord's announcements as well as in similar threads:

Please try to update your OS to that version, it should fix your issue

Have a good day!
