bug when receiving rare purple candies from haloween event

In the event of Halloween, we have to get 10 purple rare candies, but when I started talking to the pokecenter witch, I logged out of the game to try to cancel the conversation and change pokemon, but in doing so, I ended up losing the rare purple candies that I would gain from it, what can I do?

Could you provide screenshots of you talking to each NPC in town handing halloween candies over ?
