I have encountered an error whilst attempting to obtain eevee for the Rocket base quest, my party was full and now it seems he will not offer me said eevee and I cannot talk to the rocket entrance person with any affect, thank you for your help

Hello Severin7!

I moved your topic to General Support as it is most likely not a bug; will move it back to NPC&Scripting bugs if it turns out it is :Angel:

 

When you get a pokémon but your party is full, it is sent to your Pokémon Storage;

 

In Celadon's Quest, the Sergeant Rick doesn't actually give you an Eevee, it's just a variable to be able to get into the Rocket Hideout; it's not an actual pokémon as it will be taken away down there, until you find it back at the end of the quest, where it will be an actual pokémon in your storage/party :Grin:

The Rocket Grunts around in town won't go away until you retrieve this Eevee; in order to go to the Rocket Hideout, you have to talk to Greg inside the Game Corner
