Hello, my name is Pokesper and i play on Red server.

i just was in the safari zone (fuchsia city) ev training my pokemons (atk) while during a battle i wanted to klick on my bag to use revive on one of my pokemons - bag didnt open! Then i clicked a second time on my bag and after 2 seconds i saw how my character threw my MASTERBALL (got it from event with Darkrai a few days ago) towards a useless weepinbell....my heart stopped and i tried to instantly turn off the game but it was too late after i relogged.. obviously this was not my intention and because it is a game bug i want to know if it is possible for the support team to restore my Masterball?! Thanks in advance~

It's not bug, because the more items you have in bag the longer take load a bag and most likely you pressed somewhere where master ball should be when it finally loaded.

No, i did not click "somewhere" else, i ONLY clicked twice on my bag thats it! it happened to me with great and ultra balls too but idc about them!

Also even if it is not a bug, then it is lagg or server instability or something like that which is again not my fault.

Then wait for Stuff to respond.

its not a game bug., most propably it depends on the type of RAM (or) TROUBLE SHOOT[bad internet connection) on what ur playing this game bcuase at the moment u had this incident it might be a LAG so you must have waited for a bit rather than keeping on pressing keys. so to my knowledge it would not be refund by the staff team :(

ok but EVEN if it is lagg and even if i should have waited for a couple seconds before clicking the 2nd time on my bag. How does it throw my masterball away ? how does it use my items when i ONLY clicked on the bag icon? that doesnt make any sense.
