Hello there, and foremost, sorry for the inconvenience!

 

It seems that there is an issue since the Halloween client update with Mac users that didn't update their OS to High Sierra, as stated in Discord's announcements:

Please try to update your OS to that version, it should fix your issue :Angel:

 

In the case it doesn't, try to redownload the client; remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you do so.
