Hey all,

 

I've been searching for answers for quite a while now and no one seems to have any idea.

 

What are the requirements for learning Defog at the Violet City school? All the tutor says is to return when I have completed something "remarkable".

 

I've beaten Johto's elite 4, so it's not Johto champion.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
