What is the ev training for a snorlax with thick fat / careful?

 

Any recommended site which I can follow on other pokemons ev training as well?

252 Hp, 158 def , 100 spdef is what I run on mine

I wouldnt say Its bad, just unusual spread, I usually run 252 on HP and Special Defense as you can set up Curse and gain +Defense anyways.

 

But I can see split Defenses doing wonders as well, I only use Snorlax for Boss fighting as I dont like to use it in PvP matches.
