I wanted to know if sentret and furret have the ability to know if a poquemon is equipped with an object like Duskull,

How does it work? When does the Pokémon appear, does it tell you what item it carries?

Hey! Both Sentret and Furret have a hidden ability called "Frisk", which allows you to see the opponent's item upon entering battle. If the opponent's Pokemon is holding an item, a message will appear telling you what item the opponent is holding.
