Hi,

 

between the day before yesterday, yesterday and today i have tried a lot of boss battles, but in more than a couple of those ( in particular lt.surge and Morty in Hoenn, Lance in Dragons Shrine and Naero in Cerulean cave, but i think also another one or two that i don't remember) i encountered always the same erros: when battling against their last poke the game gets stuck as if, in pvp, an opponent is thinking, then after a couple of minutes the game just disconnects (dunno if from AFK or not, i don't receive any notification when the game gets stucked).

 

This error has occurred only in boss battles, not in other battles.

It's weird with the boss of sevii islands but it was only a second and then everything went back to normal, did not you open your bag?

because that usually happens too. (sometimes)

No i haven't tried anything, I was just waiting the battle to continue, when i battled Boss Bot on Sevii i haven't had any issue...

Hello there, and sorry for the inconvenience!

Make sure your internet connection is stable, and that it's not due to the servers going down, by peeking at the server status page.

 

Also, run the game in admin mode, and try in compatibility mode; add an exception to your firewall and antivirus if you haven't yet!

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

  1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip
  2. Disable anti-virus program
  3. Restart computer

Other solution:

Update your drivers and reinstall Direct X

 

 


 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.
