hi, please i'm trying to evolve happiny but oval stone doesn't work, happiness is full and i try lvl up on morning, afternoon and evening but nothing appears. what's the solution? :Shocked:

i tried 4 times.. if it fails another 1 time i can't give blissey becouse it's lvl 98 now

it have full happiness, holding oval stone, and try lvl up in morning and in afternoon, lvlup with rare candies and fighting too.. nothing appear for evolve

try again with rare candy, now evolve.. i don't know, thanks anyway
