I already talk to the man on the bike path and I'm looking for Yorki I've been on Route 21, Pokemon store in Saffron City, digglet cave, but the man to look for does not appear. I would look at Victory road and the power plant the problem is that in the latter you can not pass. If you are on this site, can not you get this mission?
