I was batteling and was gonna wipe so i just turned the game off and relogged instead of waiting and when i came back my sash was gone. Is there a way i can get it back?

Hello there!

The focus sash is a single-use item : they disappear after use. Disconnecting while in battle doesn't prevent that :Smile:

 

You can get plenty by defeating some of the Bosses, or by buying them to either the PVP Shop with PVP Coins, or to the Dojo Instructor in Golds Gym, Saffron, Kanto, with ingame currency.
