I've been on Route 21, Pokemon store in Saffron City, digglet cave, but the man to look for does not appear.

I would look at Victory road and the power plant the problem is that in the latter you can not pass. If you are on this site, can not you get this mission?

Hi, I'm a bit confused as to why you say 'you cannot pass' through Victory Road and the Power Plant? (Looking at your past posts, it seems you have completed all of the Kanto story and therefore you should be able to go to these said areas). If Yorkie hasn't shown up in any of the areas you've visited, he most likely is in either the Victory Road or the Power Plant. This guide also posts the exact location of where his brother would be in said areas. Please take a look at them for reference!

In the case of Victory road there is no problem that has not gone.

In the case of the power station, when I go from cerulean city to the river there are 2 rocks and a coral that block my way to go to this place.

Hi, I believe another player had a similar problem to yours awhile back. Are you talking about these rocks and corals? If you go completely to the right, you should be able to bypass them and surf down toward the Power Plant.

That's Right, I use surfing from route 9 but when going down I find some rocks that prevent me from going to the power station. I tried this afternoon to see if it was a bug and I commented,

I believe hugging the left side of the wall should help lead you to the Power Plant' date=' but seeing exactly where you're struggling and determining if it may be a bug would help us help you.[/size']
