Hello there!

I'm assuming that you did Heatran's Quest recently?

Heatran's quest is made in a way to ensure its difficulty, so all your eventual masterballs and rare candies are removed from you when you access the area.

Just talk back to Buck inside the Stark Mountain Main Cavern, and you will get your goods back

Please have a check; in the meanwhile, I wish you a great day!

i didn't "do" it i kinda lost haha... 4 times x_x still no luck

that's why

once you "talk" to the NPC, he take your rare candies

the only way to get them back is to catch / beat heatran, then talk to the NPC in heatran's room
