well,i started heatran's quest i lost a couple times then i decided to start genesect's quest i just got 1000 hours,at the bug catch i noticed that i had lost 1 master ball and about 120 rare candys,without the masterball i coudnt catch genesect so he got killed.I wonder what happend i may have used the masterball before accidentally but im pretty sure i didnt use the 120 candys that i had,its common to vanish itens from the inventory or anythin like that? sry for my english.

Hello there, and sorry for the inconvenience;

 

Heatran's quest is made in a way to ensure its difficulty, so all your eventual masterballs and rare candies are removed from you when you access the area.

Just talk back to Buck inside the Stark Mountain Main Cavern, and you will get your goods back :Grin:

Regarding Genesect, you will have to defeat Nikola in order to get another chance at catching it; you will also need to catch another 150+ IV pokémon at Bug Catching to get back to Genesect's area once you defeated the boss.
