When I try to open the game nothing happens, it's a black screen is there any way to fix it? I've tried a few things but nothing has worked. If I restart my computer the game works sometimes, but it's tedious and I shouldn't have to keep doing it every time I'd like to play.

thank you

Hello there and foremost, I'm sorry for the inconvenience;

Try to run the game in admin mode, and compatibility mode; also add an exception to your firewall and antivirus if you haven't yet;

Otherwise: Have you tried these following steps, already, from the Read this before making a General Support topic ?

Crash issues or other issues

PRO64_93_2.exe is not responding - https://tinyurl.com/PRO64Fix

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

  1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip
  2. Disable anti-virus program
  3. Restart computer

Mac UnZip Programs Suggestions

  • The Unarchiver
  • WinZip5
  • Keka
  • BetterZiip

Other solution:

Update your drivers and reinstall Direct X

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.

I'm looking forward for your answer; until then, I wish you a good day!

I've tried all the possibilities that could/seem to be a problem & have reinstalled things, but nothing has worked.

It seems the only solution I've found so far is to restart my computer multiple times & it'd somehow work, but it's really annoying.

Does your computer meet the requirements, then?

Does it overheat? Do other games work?

Desktop:

Operating Systems: Windows Vista+, Mac OS X 10.7+, Ubuntu 10.10+.

Graphics Card: DX9 (shader model 2.0) capabilities; generally everything made since 2004 should work.

CPU Speed: 2Ghz+ Processor recommended.

Ram: 2GB+ recommended.

Android:

Operating System: Android 4.4 (KitKat) or later.

CPU: 1.2Ghz+ Dual Core or better recommended.

Ram: 1.5GB+ recommended.

Graphics Support: OpenGL ES 2.0 or later.

Yeah I have a really good computer. The game doesn't even get to the log in screen, it's just black when I open it, it's weird.

Alright, I'll have a few questions then to try to help you better:

  • Did the game ever work correctly for you, and is just showing this bug lately after an update of some sort (on either ends)?
  • Are you on Mac? There are issues with Mac users who haven't updated their OS to High Sierra;
  • Are all the files for the game located in a single folder, on your PC?
  • Did you download the game from the official main page?

The more infos you can provide, the better :Smile:

Did the game ever work correctly for you, and is just showing this bug lately after an update of some sort (on either ends)?: Yes it worked correctly for me before, but I stopped playing for a little because of it and decided to come back with the new updates & stuff.

Are you on Mac? There are issues with Mac users who haven't updated their OS to High Sierra; I'm not on a Mac

Are all the files for the game located in a single folder, on your PC? Yes, they're all in a single folder.

Did you download the game from the official main page? Yes, I recently downloaded the newest one as well.

Have you tried to extract the files with another software? Like WinRAR or 7-Zip ?

Also, turn your antivirus and firewall off in case it detects an error during the archive extraction

I will ask around, see if someone else has other possible fixes in mind :Sing:

I've used WinRAR.

Thank you though.

Hey there! I have news :Sing:

It appears that there is a recurrent black screen issue among the people updating their Windows; so far, it seems to be working fine up to the Windows 10, version 1709 « Fall Creators Update » , but that further update may result in this black screen issue.

To know which Windows version you are currently running, use simultaneously uohN5p8.png Windows logo key + yxwNY88.png R, then type winver, then select OK.

I'm looking forward for your feedback; until then, I wish you a good day! :Smile:
