Hi Devs, I am new here and I already have a big problem. Why does everytime I try to log-in to the game using Wi-Fi(50mbps) using my mobile and laptop, I cannot connect. But when I use my mobile data on my mobile, I can connect. Please help me if there are things needed to be done in order to make this game work thru wi-fi. Because me and my colleagues can't even log-in if we are using wifi.

Nope, we are not in a university... We often connect using our wifi at work, but no luck. And also our wifi at home, but still no luck. Only mobile data could let us through the log-in page.

I tried allowing port from 80 to 800, still not working.

<COLOR color="pink"><SIZE size="85">Hm... It sounds like a DNS problem. Well, you can try a few things out (at home):

 

First, try restarting your router and wait about 30 seconds to turn it back on.

 

Second, try flushing your DNS by opening up your command prompt and typing in "ipconfig /flushdns" (make sure you're running cmd as admin)

 

Third, try changing your wifi DNS to openDNS or Google. Here's a guide on how to do that, just find your OS (or if you want to change the DNS settings on your router, look under routers). If you decide to use Google's DNS Servers, they are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 respectively. I believe there's also an android app called DNSet that will change it for you, but due to privacy reasons, I'd recommend changing the DNS settings yourself and not relying on the app.
