i'm tried to make boss oak today, and, when the batle starts wrote "you win" and, after it close the chanel, and it happens with all bosses of kanto, i cant get my rewards becouse of this, what i should to do now ?

Could you provide more infos about it ?

• Could you make a gif or screenshots of the dialogue flow ? You can read

how to post images on forum here;
Did you already challenged them, in the past? If yes, did you battle them or had the same issue already?
Is it only Kanto bosses? Can you try with one in another region? You can find the boss list here;
Can you battle regular trainers normally?
If you talk to a boss after having this issue, does it appear on cooldown? If yes, does it say something about your current win streak?
