Where can I find Dratini in the safari area in Kanto?

 

I guess it's in the water at the entrance, fishing. But with what fishing rod?

sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. You can find Dratini in the Safari Exclusive Area. This Area is only accessible with Membership activated.

You can acess the Safari Exclusive Area by talking to a Security NPC located in Safari Area 3!

The fishing rod you need for Dratini is the Super Rod, which you can find in Olivine City House 1 by paying 75.000 pokedollar. You also need the Good Rod to be able to buy it.
