It's actually coded already :Angel: You'll need to trade Porygon2 while holding a give a Dubious Disc; if you require staff assistance for trade evolution, you can ask either in the Evolution Request Megathread, or on Discord! You can get a Dubious Disc as a possible reward from the boss Officer Shamac, or in Rustboro City, following this guide, for instance! You also have the option to buy it to another player, using either the trade channel ingame, on Discord #trades_and_prices-red, or the appropriate subforum.
