Have you tried to to talk to Assistant Davis at the Bell Tower Barrier Station 1F, instead of the Scientist ?

I have talked with scientist Rey many times but still not

Same problem, scientist Rey dont want to take my beast data and I cant take the bell.

He say: I am relying on you!

I really need those beasts datas to complete my research...

I dont know what to do. I also catch Celebi and I have 850h but nothing. Please help

have you check out the 3 dogs appearing places? (Johto Safari Mountain Zone, Mt. Silver 3F, Tohjo Fall)

many players got their 3 dogs seen data via boss or pvp

so celebi caught data proves nothing and already reported by few players

I finaly find why. Suicune wasn't where the abandon Crobat are but on the top of the waterfall. Ty for your help and sorry if I have a bad English.
