I have completed the requirements to get BELL used to catch one of the three legendary dogs.Enough dex johto and 1k hours in game. Evolution 224. But Scientist Rey did not let me get BELL. so i hope ad will help me. I sincerely thank. I really need those beasts datas to complete my research... I dont know what to do. I also catch Celebi and I have 850h but nothing.
