100lvl Eevee leafeon wannabe

Long time ago I though I could evo my eevee to leafeon with leaf stone FeelsBadMan. Can u guys fix it?

Here's my baby eevee with it's ID:

It does not use leaf stone, but you have to level up. The petalburg wood before Rusboro in Hoenn region

Then what you though for how people get Glaceon? Because Ice Stone was not invented till 7th Generation and Leafeon/Glaceon came in 4th Generation, so you should understand that they evolve with kinda same method.
