If l want the nature l want for a pokemon do l have to put the pokemon with syncronizer first on my 6 pokemon list and is that all l need to do?

Yes, Make sure its in slot one.

Also it wont work if fainted.

And its not 100% everytime goodluck :)

sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Like GoreGasmic told you, you need to have your synchronize Pokemon at your first slot in your team.
