Being able to turn off the "snow" animation in the forum

Hey guys,

 

Quick suggestion, could there be a switch to either turn the snow on or off?

I've heard some complaints from people that it is their processor speed or whatever.

For me, my scroll bar is going nuts so maybe it'll be possible to get a switch of some sort?
