I encountered a charmander in cinnabar mansion. Fought it to bring its HP very low.

The HP bar was almost red. I wanted to use the pokeball but as soon as I selected the bag option the game froze and then stopped. Please look into it so that it does not happen again. Thank you

you're facing bag freeze issue. I advise you to open your bag every 10-15 minutes when you're hunting something.

Just do it often and you won't face this issue anymore. it happened for me as well but usually i only have to wait for like 20 seconds and its working again
