Bug with dragonite in dragon dens bf1

What have you done before the problem was there?

I was fighting with the lv 120 dragonite in dragon dens b1f, i beat it, and after that, the server get off.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I waited more than 3 days but the dragonite does not fight again or let me pass.

 

Description and Message

I can not go into dragon dens b1f because of this bug. Also, i need this to fight with Lance. Can someone help me?
