You can reduce EVs by using berry

Kelpsy : -10 Atk

Grepa : -10 SpDef

Hondew : -10 SpAtk

Pomeg : -10 Hp

Qualot : -10 Def

Tamato : -10 Speed

Also, they raise happiness by 2 each berry
