as it is said in guides latias/os needs no owned or seen dex but just 344 evo,hoeen champ,jirachi quest done.I have done every requirement but still i am not able to catch them and in the tv it says the red is still roaming around.i got jirachi caught and latios/as seen dex too.

Make sure that you got Latias' seen data by defeating it, somewhere around in Hoenn, and not from another battle! You can follow Jirachi's quest's guide to know all its possible spawn points :Shy:

 

 

 

Please have a check, if you haven't already by now; the TV messages should be as listed in the How to get Latios or Latias guide, in order to be able to catch one of them :Angel:

EDIT: Upon checking your variables by a CS, it appears that you caught Latias or Latios since you made this post.
