You can go now, only the Valley of Steel Entrance was causing servers issues and got removed to fix it, and the Guard NPC at Lavaridge has been edited so it sends you to the next map right away.

Though, right now, it might cause issues for the quest that started in that map, but it will get fixed when either the map will be redone or the NPC who started it, moved.
