Hi guys, i have big problem when i enter on new zone sometimes my caracter get stuck and i can't move and can't talk i try deco/reco but he doesn't work.I try battle against a friend i get teleport to center but can't still move.

The only solution who work is desintall/reinstall.

Can someone help me pls :)

Hello Genkir and foremost, I'm sorry for the inconvenience;

Whenever your character get stuck, make sure to follow these steps:

• Hit the resync arrow, bottom left ;
  
• Alt + Tab back and forth;
  
• Use an escape rope;
  
• Battle someone and lose (disconnecting during the battle being the fastest way) ;
  
• Restart your client (not only just logging out, then back in: close your client completely and launch the game again).

 

 

The most easily reproduceable way to get stuck is to Alt+Tab while the game is loading the next map, usually your character won't budge once you come back; alt tabbing again and coming back to the game fix this :y:
