Put them to sleep and bring something weaker to hit them. There's no way to use false swipe on them at the moment. Ghost types typically don't have a difficult catch rate, so any kind of status on them should be sufficient.

Hello, Tynamo is in a members exclusive area, that is why it is not included. As the Wiki states: Please note that this list omits Pokémon that may be members-only by virtue of being in a members-accessible area. That list is complete, you can find all Membership pokemon there.

You can also find Tynamo in Sinnoh safari, Membership not required!

Unfortunately Foresight and Lock-on don't work, but as Giorgio25 stated(thanks Giorgio:D), you can use Soak to turn Ghost types to Water type and then use False swipe. The best pokemon for hunting Ghost types is Smeargle; you can teach it Soak, False swipe and Spore, that way you will never have problems catching ghosts again :Grin:
