Its nice to make your acquaintance let me see if I can clear up your questions for you.

unfortunately as said on https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=35832#at_Altpay we will not be adding anymore payment methods in the future.

However if you download paypal you can add your bank to the paypal account you don't need a credit card. i believe if you contact paysafe they may be willing to issue you a mastercard version and you can link that to paypal as well for a payment method i hope this was as of some help to you and wish you the best of luck
