I used my reroll ticket had entei screen up on bold entei never reloaded or anything nothing changed and lost reroll ticket tried reclogging but still bold entei never changed or anything

Hello bruce8244,

When you use a Reroll Ticket to reroll a Nature on your legendary, it is possible for the Nature to roll on the same nature your Pokemon already had.

I'm sorry to say this, but your Reroll Ticket worked; it simply rolled the same Nature you already had. You were unlucky; Relogging won't help: since you used your Reroll Ticket it is now gone, we can not restore it for you. Your Ticket reset the Nature and it rolled Bold again. Sorry for your misfortune, better luck next time!
